Transportation is available for eligible Native American patients residing in the service area for clinic appointments or referral appointments made by Pit River providers. Arrangements should be made at the time of your visit or when making appointments to our clinic or at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Medical emergencies

 

All medical Emergencies after hours and weekends should go to Mayer’s Memorial Hospital Emergency Room in Fall River Mills, 336-5511, or Modoc Medical Center, 233-5131. If you are eligible for Contract Health Service (CHS), please contact the CHS office within 72 hours of hospital emergency room visit or call 335-3651 extension 113  or 1-800-843-7447 extension 113 and leave a Message.
