Our Medical team consists of a full time Physician and a full-time nurse practitioner. Each provide medical services and maintain a standard of quality medical care. Our Medical department offers services such as general medicine, family practice, pediatrics, gynecology, ambulatory acute care, chronic pain management, and routine health maintenance.

Podiatry and telemedicine services are provided by appointment. Medical services are available to all residents of the Intermountain and surrounding areas, and/or anyone visiting our community. We accept Medi-Cal and most private insurances. Please call our Medical receptionist to schedule an appointment.
