The following are questions that have come up with patients over time. Please see the following questions and responses to see if your questions can be answered. No, we are open to the community; there are no tribal requirements in order to receive Medical, Dental, or Behavioral Health services.
Typically, if our patients are in good standing a payment plan can be set up with our billing department.
Yes, if you are Native American and can provide the proper documentation you can become eligible for direct care which covers any services we can provide in house. If a referral is needed for an outside provider an alternate resource and other requirements are needed in order to receive PRC benefits.
Please visit our Intake Benefits Coordinator who can assist in either applying for an alternate resource or making sure you are able to be seen at either of our Pit River Health Service locations
We do provide walk in times for urgent appointments. Patients will initially be triaged by a nurse and depending on their observation the patient will see a provider right away or given a same day appointment time.
